My Bio Prior to becoming an independent mortgage agent, I worked as an underwriter for the owners of the company. The hands-on experience I gained as an underwriter allowed me to develop a solid background in a variety of mortgage solutions and the experience necessary to match a mortgage to each individual's personal situation. As an Accredited Mortgage Professional, I really enjoy helping first time buyers make home ownership an affordable reality.

Pre-Approvals: If you are thinking about purchasing a home, I can obtain a pre-aproval for you and guarantee your interest rate for 120 days. If you think you may not qualify or are not quite ready we can set up a plan to get you into home ownership sooner than you think.

Purchasing: If you have purchased a home, I can search the market for the best mortgage solution for you. Even if you have already been pre-approved at your bank, I can often find a better interest rate for you.

New Construction: Construction mortgages involving progress advances can be tricky and every situation is somewhat unique. Many lenders, including some major banks, don't even offer this type of financing. We work closely with the ones that do and can offer the most competitive rates in the market.
